At Sareos, our vision is rooted in the belief that later life should still have meaning. We are working towards creating care homes where people living with dementia are known as individuals, not defined by their diagnosis. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, we are developing a purpose-led approach to care that prioritises quality of life, dignity and connection alongside safety and support. This means shaping cultures where staff feel valued and listened to, investing in deeper understanding of dementia, and creating environments that help people feel calm, familiar and at home. We are not claiming perfection — but we are committed to learning, evolving and steadily building care that truly honours life.
